Elise has been trying to get her thumb in her mouth since birth. And now that she is getting better at coordinating her hand movements, I think she's got it! So cute!!!
Ronnie was never interested in sucking his thumb, or even pacifiers. So I don't mind that Elise wants to do it since it seems to be a good way for her to soothe herself. Maybe she'll be a better sleeper too? We'll see! :)

True. I guess I'll cross that road when I come to it, if she ends up sucking her thumb for many years. She does not want to take the pacifiers as well as she used to now. I guess I'll have to wait and see!
Your daughter is just darling!
Kevin sucked his thumb for a while. Now that he is playing more, trying to walk and climb, he seems to have gotten too busy for a thumb. I did not see him suck his thumb one time last week. It's bittersweet; it was so cute and now it's gone. But it seems I don't have to worry about how to get him to stop sucking his thumb.
